The Huntsville Times can accept your desktop publishing files on a portable medium (diskette) or by electronic transfer. You may send standard floppy disks, 44, 88 or 200 megabyte, a Syquest cartridge, an Iomega Zip or Jaz disk or a cd rom. These portable media do not have to be Macintosh formatted, but you do need to make sure that your files are compatible with the Macintosh systems. Check here for notes on file compatibility.

Please remember to include all image and fonts. No matter how you send us your ad copy, please remember to include a printed hard copy for our production staff to use as a match proof, and to fill out a copy of our Digital Media Checklist.

Your The Huntsville Times salesperson can fax you a copy of our checklist, or you can download a PDF version here.  An ordinary laser print is all that is required for use as a match proof. You may fax this proof and completed checklist to your salesperson, or to the Ad Service Department fax at 503-294-4133.
